Iomega EMC Lifeline Demo
All Iomega Network Attached Storage appliances run a Linux based operating system. Unlike the iconic style of the Windows operating system, many Linux operating systems are still very much text based and typically this means management of Linux as a platform is not the easiest or prettiest to navigate or understand. EMC have changed all that and today Iomega NAS appliances are now navigated, configured and managed using EMC Lifeline, in effect a software skin that sits on top of the Linux operating system and provides the user with an iconic Windows look and feel to the features and services of the NAS. If you're still intrigued, follow the link below and experience first hand with our online simulation of this software, just how it works. What you will see is a fully functional version of lifeline many of the features of which you can navigate exactly as if you had and Iomega NAS server right there on your own network.
